In 10 weeks, hundreds of CrossFitters will gather in Springfield, MO for the 4th annual Heart of America CrossFit Team Competition. Teams consist of 6 athletes (3 men and 3 women) in Rx and scaled divisions.
Last year, CrossFit South City showed amazing heart by placing 3rd overall in the scaled division. This year, we will take two scaled teams to throwdown with some of the best. Without further delay, here are your teams (in alphabetical order, of course):
