From CrossFit Football:
Every Minute on the minute complete 5 Burpees then perform Max Rep Thrusters 135/103 during the minute. The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.(scale the weight on thrusters as needed)
*So at the top of every minute perform 5 burpees then do as many Thrusters as you can in that Minute. The WOD is completed when you've reached 100 Thrusters.

Wow! Anyone that can Rx that is a BAMF!!!! I'm STILL recovering from the 55# thrusters.
