Stringing together dbl unders can be challenging. Once you can get over the pain of hitting your shins and missing over and over again and just relax and stop getting frustrated, at that point they will come together. I think building up to it really helps. Once you can get 1 dbl under then you know you can do more. So doing 3 singles then a dbl as many times as you can. Then you can move on to do 2 singles a dbl, then 1 single 1 dbl and before you know it your stringing them together.
