*If you haven't measured or had your bf% taken yet then you will need to make an apt. with me to do this before 12/31.
*Since the majority of CrossFitters can't make the Christmas eve class I will be holding a make-up class this Wednesday, December 23rd.
*There will not be a CrossFit class held on New Years eve, make-up class will be held Wednesday, Dec 30th. Be sure to sign-up ahead of time.
