It's amazing every year you hear everyone making NYR. This is gonna be my year to..."lose 20lbs" to "start working out 6 days a week" to"stop smoking"to "stop drinking." I think as CrossFitter's we should already be on a good path. Every single month we strive to set new goals, new PR's. We don't need a New Year's Resolution because we never stop striving to be better, stronger, faster.
