Saturday was a great workout, since it ended up being just Neil and Jim I decided to get it on the WOD and skill work. Practicing on squat cleans was important especially for the upcoming CrossFit TNT competition on Nov 1st!

The next time I walk in and only see you and Jim, remind me to just turn around and leave. I've had nightmares where someone is yelling at me to keep doing push presses (I can't see the person, but I assume it's you!) Or that I'm on rings, hanging off the edge of a building and the only way I can get up is to do 1000 dips.
Ok, so maybe I'm over-exaggerating. No nightmares. Awesome workout! (But seriously. Remind me to just turn around and leave, next time :-)
